Apparently got 51% of the shares but still hassling me for my 1000 shares. Seemed ultra professional went along with it to the point where I signed various forms and copy share certificates.

But when they wanted me to pay an indemnity bond fee to a transfer agent. I saw the light and pulled away.

Web sites very authentic. STAY CLEAR get out on first call unless you want to play them at their own game and waste their time.
